BRAND IDENTITY
We worked with Selective Cinema to craft a brand identity system that would help support and frame the incredible work of the young creative film studio.
The Selective Cinema logo mark is designed to mimic a cinematographer or director's use of their hands to frame a scene. The dimensions of the interior negative space within the mark are 16x9. We chose this over cinematic dimensions for its universal use and instant recognizability.
An alternate form of brand expression we crafted for Selective Cinema is collaging. This is a specific expression that mirrors the creative process of filmmaking.
